Dr.G.V.Senthilnathan, Currently available at Sugam Hospitals, Chrompet as Clinical Head and Senior Interventional Cardiologist. He is a former HOD and Senior Interventional Cardiologist at Apollo KH Hospital, Ranipet, Vellore and Associate Professor of Cardiology at SRM Medical College Hospital, Kattankulathur, Chennai.
He is an accomplished leader in Complex PCI (Stenting, Multi Vessel PCI, Rotablation, IVL, Orbital Atherectomy), Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Proedures like TPI (Temporary Pacemaker Implatation), PPI (Permanant Pacemaker Implatation), CRT/CRTD, ICD and Structural Heart Interventions including Percutaneous Heart Valve replacement & repair (TAVI / TAVR, Mitral Clip etc.,),ASD, VSD and PDA Procedures.
He has also performed PCI under IVI/ICI (Intra-Vascular Imaging/Intra-Coronary Imaging) by using IVUS (Intra-Vascular Ultra Sound) and OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography).
He has also avoided stenting in many cases by using Physiological Assessment called FFR (Fractional Flow Reserve), RFR (Resting Full Cycle Ratio), iFR (instantaneous wave Free Reserve), DFR (Diastolic Flow Reserve) and QFR (Quantitative Flow Reserve).
He has a very good academic track record with publications in highly reputed peer reviewed journals.
